Please be advised, Elizabeth Selz APRN, NP-BC, does not participate with any insurance plans. You are welcome to use your FLEX SPENDING or HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT credit cards. She does not have a contract with plans, so clients pay on the day of visit.

If you have a private or PPO insurance plan, they may cover part of visit and the plan would reimburse clients directly. Clients with out-of-network benefits are offered the option of the office submitting claim information electronically on your behalf so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for the percentage of the out-of-network benefit.

This means clients pay for the visit on the day of service and then your insurance company may reimburse you on a later date, depending on your insurance plan.
